About the event
he first edition of Colonial Cafe Film Festival is taking place in the wonderful city of Kolkata(formerly known as Calcutta), India, in December 2018. It is going to be the celebration of independent cinema. Submissions are open to anyone, there are no restrictions. Films of any genre, running time and budget are more than welcome.
We hope to showcase as many submissions as possible & give filmmakers a platform to discuss their projects. After each screening, there will be a Q&A session with all the filmmakers. The audience will have an opportunity to learn more about the film & upcoming projects.
